Overview
Every DocuPet tag includes HomeSafe®, a free lost pet recovery service designed to help reunite lost pets with their owners as quickly as possible.
Each tag is engraved with a unique HomeSafe Code that links directly to the pet's online profile. If a pet goes missing, the owner can report them as lost from their DocuPet account. If someone finds the pet, they can use the HomeSafe Code to access the pet's profile and submit a Found Pet Report, allowing the pet owner and the DocuPet HomeSafe team to coordinate a safe reunification.
HomeSafe also allows pet owners to manage their privacy preferences, share their lost pet with additional recovery networks, and receive support from DocuPet's dedicated recovery team.
